Frequently Asked Questions
Do you stock every product on your site in-house?
We have over 10,000 different line items in stock. For those items we may not have in stock, our sourcing team has years of experience locating hard-to-find fasteners.
Where do your products ship from?
We have two warehouses in Michigan, located in Detroit and Kalamazoo. Both locations are ready to ship quickly to meet your due dates.

What makes a part “special?”
A special part is any non-industry standard part. That includes products that have non-standard lengths, threads, head sizes, points, patches, plating, or tolerances.
When in doubt, our team can tell you if a part qualifies as special and why it may or may not. In some cases, if you think you need a special part, we may be able to recommend a standard fastener that you can use instead to save you time and money.
What types of payment terms do you offer?
We accept a variety of payment options:
- All major credit cards
- Open account status for customers with approved credit
- ACH payments
If you’d like a credit application, reach out to our team, and we can send it your way.
Are all of your products Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant?

Upon request, we work with our vendor network to source and verify products that meet the requirements of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive, including lead-free and hexavalent chromium-free finishes. If RoHS compliance is required for your application, please let us know during the quoting process, and we will confirm material certifications and documentation as needed.
